Thank you for your interest in renting a property managed by Goodman Properties, LP. We hope you have now found your new apartment home.With submission of your completed application, the following documents are required:

 

• Copy of driver’s license or California ID issued by DMV if not licensed to drive
• Copy of 3 most recent paycheck stubs
• Income verification (gross monthly income must be minimum of 3 times monthly rent)
• If self employed (in lieu of paycheck stubs)
• Copy of most recent Schedule C
• Copy of last six months of bank statements
• If you recently started a new job, A letter from your new employer verifying employment
